When I went to Muehlebach Funeral Care, I had no plan whatsoever. All I had was a date for the Celebration of Life for our son. My interactions with Funeral Director Mckayla and administrative assistant Elizabeth exceeded whatever expectations I may have had. It didn't take long for Mckayla to determine my wife and I were somewhat lost and definitely needed much help to get done what needed to be done. She asked questions that were soothing and comfortable. It was as if we were part of her family or close circle of friends, they were not prying or judgemental. We were not rushed as if we were on a time schedule or pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. At one point, she stated "I'm here for you, trust me, leave it to me, I've done this for years and will get done whatever needs to be done." She truly did get everything done to and beyond our expectations in an exceptional professional way. She was there when we needed comforting. We truly appreciated her and Elizabeth encouraging us not to hesitate contacting them if we felt a need for grief counseling or other help as appropriate within their realm.
